How to use it — 60 seconds

No login, no install, nothing to learn. Open a tool, paste what you're seeing, follow the tree. Here's the whole thing.

🌿 No login, no pressure. There's nothing to break here and nothing to memorize. Take a breath, open a tool, and follow it one step at a time — it's built to carry the load with you, not add to it.

The one rule: the tool never touches your database. You run the read-only query yourself and paste the output in. It does the thinking; you keep the keys. That's why it's safe to run during an incident and needs no approval.

The four steps

Pick your tool

Run "this first" — never assume

Each tool opens with a one-line query to confirm your version and OS (e.g. SELECT banner FROM v$version;). The right fix depends on both — don't skip it.

Paste an error, or work the tree

Drop an error code (or a chunk of log) into the search / Paste an error box and it classifies it. Or open the Triage tab and answer the questions. One search box finds errors, wait events, branches, and scripts together.

Act, then copy the ticket

Run the read-only queries it gives you, make the call, and hit Add to ticket / Copy as ticket. Your triage becomes a paste-ready incident writeup.
